This is a rock art panel in 9 mile canyon near Price, Utah. I hiked to the site not realizing till I came down, and passed the sign, that it was a no trespass area. I hate it when that happens.

Anyway, I often wonder what was on the mind or minds of the makers of these panels. I also wonder if perhaps trappers or early settlers may have added their two bits before they were protected. Ill bet they were looked at, as is the case now, with interest and respect.
