I have always said to enjoy the voyage. I often find many things of interest on my way to some popular point of interest. This fern is one such pleasant surprise. The symmetrical branches and bright green color backed by the various forest soil enhancers of pine needles and old Quaken Aspen leaves tells a bigger story.
